Our Story

Thomas and Amy Pennington

Both born and raised in Washington state, Tom and I grew up together having met at our church. Now married and living in the small town of Arlington, we have the great joy of raising our two sons, Nolan and Everest. 

I’ve always been one to float from hobby to hobby (embroidery, sewing, weaving, painting, oil pastels, furniture restoration, knitting, you name it!) but I only took one “make a pot” class (bottom left photo) before I went and bought a kiln and a wheel, ready to go all out! Now a few years later I have my dream, my own business centered around an art form I love! It brings me joy to create and stretch my abilities bringing you all thoughtful and functional pottery for your everyday life. My pottery can now be found on my own site as well as in several shops across the USA. 

And of course we all have to say a big thanks to my husband Tom for handling the paperwork side of the business allowing me to create, because taxes is not my thing y’all!
